Ultimate Jigging 40mm Reel Knob is well crafted from solid 6061-T6 aluminum stock with type two anodized and a two-tone color. It is very stylish and light weight.

It is precisely made, no play (only 0.01mm), once you install it right. When you install it, you must make sure every part is align and clean then following the original diagram paper or instruction that comes with the knob to do so.

This Ultimate Jigging 40mm Reel Knob without Bearing Package with one Silver Cup which has 3 different Types (NS, S and D) is directly suitable for the followings:

• NS Cup fits on Shimano newest Size '08+ Model Stella 5000-20000, Saragosa 5000~10000SW, Twinpower Reel, New Trinidad A Series 8-30, Talica 8-12 and TranX 500 Reels
• S Cup fits on Shimano old version of Stella, Twinpower, Calcutta 400-700, Trinidad (including A series) 12-30 Reels.
• D Cup fits on most of mid size Daiwa Reels, Shimano new 2014 AERO Technium XS-C 10000 Surf Reel.

Installation Tips:

1. Normally, you do not need any extra bearing to install the Knob. Just use your original Bearings/Sleeves that removed from the original knob and follow the diagram instruction to complete the installation.
2. Shimano Stella (04) SW4000, 5000 HG/PG need "S" Cup. Shimano Stella 6000, 8000 FA (U.S. Model).
3. Shimano Twinpower 4000,5000 HG/PG need "S" Cup. (Some versions of Stella 3000, 4000 FD).
4. Shimano Saragosa 4000-6000 need "S" Cup with a sleeve.
5. Shimano New Stella (08)+ SW4000 XG/PG, SW5000~20000 need "NS" Cup
6. Shimano New Talica 8-12 needs "NS" Cup
7. Shimano New Twinpower (09)+ SW4000 XG/PG,5000~12000 HG need "NS" Cup
8. "D" Cup fit Direct to Japan Daiwa Catalog with Label “S” 1500~4000 (Label "S" only indicates size of knob, there are more  to consider, like: shaft length, bearing size.. in order to determine you need 30mm or 40mm knob). If your Daiwa reel is label ”L” mark then you need to get the 45mm Reel Knob instead of 40mm one.
9. For new Trinidad A series owner, please remove your original knob to get measurement of two bearings' O.D. inside of knob. If your measurement is 8mm and 7mm, you should choose S cup; if your measurement is 9mm and 9mm, you will need to choose NS cup.

• S Cup - one 8x5x2.5 Bearing and one 7x4x2.5 Bearing.
• NS Cup - one 9x5x3 Bearing and one 9x4x4 Bearing.
