This Ultimate Jigging 45mm Round Knob is precisely made; no play (only 0.01mm). When you install it, you must make sure every part is align and clean, then follow the diagram paper and instruction that come with the Knob to install it.

This Model can be directly installed to original shaft of Shimano reels and it is excellent for Surf Casting and Heavy Boat Jigging.

This 45mm Reel Knob Shimano Model Package can be directly assembled on most of Shimano list as below：

• "Old" Shimano Ocea Jigger 4000~5000P, 2004 SW Stella 10000~20000, Saragosa 14000-18000, Stella 5000-2000FA. (NS kit, the original equipped 8mm bearing/sleeve can be replaced by included 8mm Bearing and with the original 9mm Bearing/Sleeve to complete the installation - see installation Tips 1)
• Shimano New Trinidad 8-30, Japan Ocea Jigger 1000~4000, Saragosa 18000, Tranx. (NS Kit - see installation Tips 2)
• 2008 and newer model Shimano SW New Stella; Twinpower 4000~20000 (NS Kit - see installation Tips 2).
• Shimano new Talica Reels from 8 - 25. (NS Kit - see installation Tips 3)

Each 45mm Knob Shimano Model Package includes: one 45mm Knob, an Instruction Paper, NS/S Kits and one 8x5x2.5 Bearing.

Installation Tips:

1. NS/S Kits associate with one 8x5x2.5 Bearing and one 9x4x4 Bearing/Sleeve. To install, please use the included Kits (NS or S), 8x5x2.5 Bearing provided in this Package and your original 9x4x4 Bearing/Sleeve that removed from the original knob then follow the diagram instruction to install the 45mm Knob.
2. Newer model Stella, Talica, Twinpower, Trans, Trinidad (Ocea Jigger) and other high-end  Shimano Spinning Reel, the bearing size is 9mm on both side of handle knob, but this 45mm Round Knob housing is 8mm (near arm) and 9mm (near ended cap), so you must have a 8x5x2.5 Bearing. (Most newer Shimano Reels, using NS Kit, shall be with one 9x4x4 bearing/sleeve removed from the original knob, and one 8x5x2.5 Bearing included in this Package to complete the installation.)
3. New Talica Reel has sleeves size 9mm/9mm on both sides of handle knob, but old version of Talica has 9mm sleeve (near arm) and 8mm sleeve/bearing (near ended cap). Thus, for Talica, you need one 8x5x2.5 Bearing included in this Package and one 9mm sleeve removed from the original knob to complete the installation. Of course, you can purchase one 9x4x4 Bearing to replace the 9mm sleeve, if you like. (see "45mm Knob Full Model")
4. New Ocea Jigger 1500~5000 only needs one 8mm Spacer from NS kit and one 8x5x2.5 Bearing that included in the package to complete installation.
