The Handing Fee only applied to Jaws Rod Blanks or certain specified conditions in our website. 

In order to deliver with well protection, any Jaws Rod Blank order is always in a large & special package covered.

The Handing Fee is charged on a per item basis to specifically pay for those expenses required to handle and pack any Jaws Rod Blank or specified item.
