The Jaws Rod Company guarantees its rods and blanks to be free of manufacturing and workmanship defects. If a rod or blank is found to have a manufacturing or workmanship defect, that rod or blank will be replaced free of charge.
This limited lifetime warranty does not extend to or cover any damage to the rod not resulting from a non-conformity in material or workmanship; any damage caused by misuse, abuse or tampering with the rod by other than normal use of the rod; or any non-conformity or damage resulting from repairs performed other than by JAWS or and authorized JAWS service provider.
After inspection, should we find the rod or blank failed for reasons other than material or workmanship, there will be a replacement costing 40% of the MSRP and shipping charge.

Rods returned, pursuant this warranty policy, will be examined for defects in material or workmanship and repaired or replaced at the option of the Jaws International, Inc. Color and components may vary between new replacement and old/discontinued rods.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, damage or wear resulting from accident, normal wear, abuse, misuse, or lack of maintenance to which the rod may have been subjected.
All rods must be returned with RMA number and send to: Jaws Fishing: 3129 S. Hacienda Blvd #332 , CA 91745 and must include the original sales receipt along with the buyer’s name, address and telephone number.
